Lodging Kit Company was founded in 1989 by two employees. We currently have three distribution centers nation-wide. We distribute our products throughout the US and internationally and are continuing to grow our customer base at a rapid pace.
We supply resorts, extended stay hotels, hotels, condo hotels, government lodging, corporate housing, vacation rentals and many other lodging markets with housewares, kitchen products, small appliances, towels, bedding, housekeeping supplies, spa supplies, furniture, art and countless other products to suit their property’s needs.
Lodging Kit Company specializes in packaging custom unit-packed houseware kits and OS&E Kits called Room in a Box®. These kits include all of the customer’s specified products packaged in one unitized kit.
Our New York headquarters consists of our northeast distribution center and our corporate HQ.
Our Florida distribution center places an emphasis on catering to the southeastern US resort market.
Our Las Vegas distribution center places an emphasis on catering to the western US resort market.

The Empire Collection: Lodging Kit Company is proud to manufacture our own line of housewares that we have designed specifically with the lodging industry in mind. Currently, we offer over 150 SKUs within the Empire brand including cookware, dinnerware, flatware, utensils, gadgets and cutlery. We understand the importance of offering manufacturer-direct pricing on these high turn-over items. Additionally, we understand that your frying pans and coffee mugs will need to be replaced more often than your lesser used dutch ovens and salad plates and therefore we offer most of our items as individual open stock replacement items in addition to packaged sets.
